Initial orders are shipped
COD, with a fee of $12.00, or prepaid until credit is approved.
Shipping and billing errors must be reported to Allegro, in writing, within 5 days of delivery or you are deemed to have waived your rights. In this regard, Allegro will accept P.O.D. requests only up to 6 months past the invoice statement date. Requests for P.O.Ds over 6 months past the invoice statement date become the customerís liability.
Payment terms for accounts with approved credit are 30 days from date of invoice, unless additional days are granted at Allegroís discretion. Allegro will periodically review and adjust credit limits at its own discretion, and in support of such regular credit reviews we reserve the right to request updated financial statements and/or credit references.

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within 24 hours.
In a hurry? We offer FedEx 3-DAY, 2-DAY and NEXT-DAY service within the United States. Shipping costs will be added when your order is processed. (Next Day Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.)
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Alaska and Hawaii
and Hawaii orders are USPS or FedEx 2 day Air, depending on the
weight of the order. Orders under two pounds ship via USPS; orders
over two pounds ship via FedEx 2day Air. The weight and size
of items vary, but, in general, it takes eight CDs to reach 2
United States Territories
All US Territories:
Guam, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa
will be considered international for shipping purposes.
International orders are shipped freight collect.
Shipping Status: All Orders
When your order ships from Allegro, you will receive an e-mail advising you of shipment. You may track the status of your shipment at www.fedex.com.
At this time, Allegro accepts Visa and Mastercard. Please see our FAQ page for instructions on placing an order via the mail or fax. All prices on the Allegro website are in United States currency. Foreign exchange rates are left to the discretion of Visa and Mastercard, and are considered outside of Allegro's control.
Secure Shopping and the Internet
While the media hype surrounding the safety of purchasing goods and services over the Internet has finally subsided, many consumers remain reluctant to make a purchase with their credit card over the Internet. We would like to assure all Allegro customers that our site employs the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL). This is the highest level of secure transaction technology commonly in use today.

All videos offered by Allegro are in NTSC format, which is the standard VHS format for North America.
All returns must be pre-authorized and the customer's account must be within credit terms. Unauthorized or expired returns will be shipped back to you freight collect.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted in writing to Allegro Corporation, 20048 NE San Rafael • Portland, OR 97230 or via fax: 503-491-8488 and must specify label, catalog number, piece count per title and total piece count. Requests will be approved within 48 hours by return fax or mail.
Credit for authorized exchanges will be calculated based on the average price paid for each title being returned, with the average price paid calculated over the previous 12-month period. Cash refunds will not be issued.
All stock exchanges must be shrink-wrapped, of clean salable condition and have all price stickers removed. There will be a $0.50 charge on any items requiring refurbishing. We will not exchange opened stock.
Exchange credit will be issued upon receipt of your Stock Exchange Shipment. Please do not presuppose credit amounts in paying account balances or use exchange credit until you have received an accurate credit memo.
Allegro will not pay freight on exchange or defective items unless we are responsible for the shipping error. Allegro is not responsible for stock exchange packages lost in shipment. Unauthorized or expired returns will be shipped back to you freight collect.
