Kramer ran Shimmy Disc Records until 2000. He has produced over 500 bands including Low and Galaxie 500. He was the engineer/arranger/producer of Urge Overkill’s cover of “Girl,You’ll Be A Woman Soon.” Recently, he has been composing music for theater productions, still producing great bands, and releasing solo albums on the Tzadik label.

Matt Menovcik is the lead singer/songwriter for the band Saeta, whose last album,We Are Waiting All For Hope, garnered much critical acclaim. He is also the bass player for the pop-punk band Ms. Led. Recently, Saeta’s album has been released in Europe on Italian label Ghost Records, the band signed a publishing deal with Warner Chappell Italia, and Ms. Led has been promoting their latest record with much critical and commercial success.

For this collaboration, Matt Menovcik wrote and recorded the songs in Seattle and then sent the files to Kramer, who added parts and touches before mixing and producing the final product.
