Metro is the debut album from experimental multi-instrumentalists Taku Hirano and Daniel Pearson, otherwise known as the band Tao of Sound. The rich selection of songs on the album were all composed, arranged, produced, and performed by the duo, with the exception of two compositions from renowned musicians Kitaro and Kenji Bunch.

PARADISE CHILLOUT, compiled by electronic producer Helios, was designed to mirror the chilled grooves of Ibiza and its famous Café del Mar nightclub. As such, listeners are greeted with silky smooth lounge pieces, sultry rhythms and sunny melodies that recall a sunset (or sunrise) in the tropics. The music offers a mix of tempos to keep things interesting. "Tree Top," the album's opening track by Helios, starts the album off on a cool note with a nice blend of laid-back beats and electric guitar. Jazzy tones and light new age elements blend on songs by Wax Club and Chris Conway. Midway through the album, the tempos drop into the soft dreamy realm with relaxed tracks by Llewellyn and Andreas, before returning to the funky side with the nicely chilled "Onwards" from Aetherium. A great album for setting a sleek, sophisticated mood while socializing.

The much-anticipated follow-up to his Desert Realms, on Distant Stars Rudy Adrian turns his eye skyward for a journey across space and invites listeners to accompany him as he guides them confidently through the wonders of the stars. Adrian is an acclaimed veteran of electronic and new age music, both in Berlin and ambient styles. Distant Stars is an expansive celestial exploration, similar in feel to his MoonWater and Desert Realms releases but with a more floating, ethereal feel than those earthy, grounded albums.

This album contains two beautiful extended versions of Mirabai Ceiba’s “Guru Guru Wahe Guru” and “Ajai Alai,” with instructions and photos on how to use them for meditation.

MEDITATION MOODS features peaceful images of lotus ponds, glorious gardens, ancient forests and ocean beaches that are perfectly complemented by Dean and Dudley Evenson's serene flute and harp music. Evenson, who has been dubbed "the Ansel Adams of scenic nature videos" due to his sensitive approach to the art, immerses the viewer in pristine wilderness settings that capture the beauty and serenity of nature. Mixed with his soundtrack of stirring flute and Dudley's harp, it creates a soothing sanctuary that you'll frequently want to visit.
