Title: Joy to the World
Bubbly jazz, retro lounge and technicolor fantasies of '50s era holiday music come together in the festive potpourri of Pink Martini. The band, which has developed a following with their nouveau martini-bar multicultural fusion music, brings many of these same sensibilities to their first holiday outing, proving unique renditions of classic holiday songs, Jewish Hanukkah pieces and the opera music of Verdi and even a taste of Christmas in Hawaii. |

With Pins and Needles, The Birthday Massacre once again leads us down the rabbit hole and invites us to explore the magical wonderland it has created. |

Title: Bad Choices Made Easy
Born out of the massive electro/punk cult group Mindless Self Indulgence, singer and guitarist Jimmy Urine and Steve Righ release their second album in a decade under the name The Left Rights. | |
Artist: Combichrist
Title:Making Monsters
Combichrist’s Andy LaPlegua returned to the studio with a fistful
of inspiration and a whole lot of nothing to prove. With the new
album, Making Monsters, LaPlegua emerges a more vital beast, stripped
of all pretensions. The new album is raw, visceral, and seething
with uncompromising urgency. In pushing forward, Combichrist’s
playfully sinister facade is torn away. What is exposed underneath
is an uncompromising expression of lust, anger, pain, and hate
personified. |
