ALLEGRO MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES EXPANSION AT MIDEM!

NORTH AMERICA’S FASTEST GROWING MULTIMEDIA DISTRIBUTOR OUTGROWS CURRENT LOCATION AND UPGRADES INTO A NEW COMPANY OWNED 130,000 SQ. FT. FACILITY.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- January 16, 2007 -- PORTLAND, OREGON: After marking double digit growth for the third consecutive year, North America’s fastest growing and most diversified multimedia distributor will be relocating its headquarters to a new 130,000 sq. foot facility, an upgrade twice the size of its current location in Portland, Oregon. The move will enable Allegro Media Group to meet the demands of its rapidly growing and increasingly diversified business. The new facility is scheduled for completion in March, 2008 and will be owned by Allegro Media Group.

Rico Micallef, Allegro Media Group’s Executive Vice-President & Co-Chief Operating Officer notes,
The relocation is in line with our goals and needs to expand our multi-media warehouse facility. The larger facility will help us to better accommodate the demands of our rapidly growing customer base, which today stems well beyond the company’s historical roots of traditional music retail and encompasses a wide variety of distribution channels, including libraries, gift accounts, independent book stores, independent toy & educational stores, direct consumer sales, mass merchandisers, wholesale clubs, office and electronic superstores, &e-tailers and other specialty retailers.”

In 2008, as in past years, Allegro Media Group’s representatives will look to MIDEM to further explore new multimedia business partnerships and to continue the groups’ rapid growth of the past five years.

Vince Micallef, Allegro Media Group’s President & Co-Chief Operating Officer notes,
“Allegro Media Group has been at the forefront of independent music distribution for over 25 years and the company’s move is indicative of the rate of growth that we have been experiencing, due to partnerships forged at conference giants such as MIDEM. We are extremely proud to announce Allegro Media Group’s expansion, and we look forward to opening up new opportunities for North American distribution to additional multimedia companies from around the world that will be attending MIDEM in 2008.”

Since its founding in 1981, Allegro Media Group has grown to represent a wide spectrum of multi-media companies, providing distribution to customers across a wide spectrum of retail channels throughout the United States and Canada.
