Orders under two pounds ship via USPS; orders over two pounds ship via FedEx Ground. The weight and size of items vary, but, in general, it takes eight CDs to reach 2 pounds.

If there are any items in your order that are back-ordered, shipping charges will apply only once, per order. The back-ordered items will be sent FREE of shipping charges.

We charge a flat rate of $8 shipping for all Canadian orders.
NOTE: This shipping rate also applies to any back
orders. Please contact us to if you wish to cancel any back order.
Although we ship via Airmail, your order may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping: All Other Countries
For all international orders, shipping is based on a flat rate and number of items.
$7 for the first CD, plus $2 each additional CD, this also applies to box sets.
These rates apply to back-ordered items as well. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Shipping will be by Airmail, average delivery times are 1-3 weeks. There can be delays due to customs.
Shipping Status: All Orders
When your order ships from Allegro, you will receive an e-mail advising you of shipment. You may track the status of your shipment on our Shipping Information page, which contains a link to FedEx. Tracking is not available on orders shipped via the US Postal Service.

At this time,
Allegro accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express payments
only for orders placed on our website. Please see our FAQ

instructions on placing an order via the mail. All prices on
the Allegro website are in United States currency. Foreign exchange
rates are left to the discretion of VISA, Mastercard and American
Express and are considered outside the control of Allegro Corporation.
Secure Shopping and the Internet
While the media hype surrounding the safety of purchasing goods and services over the Internet has finally subsided, many consumers remain reluctant to make a purchase with their credit card over the Internet. We would like to assure all customers of Allegro that our site employs the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL). This is the highest level of secure transaction technology commonly in use today.

Video Standards
All videos offered by Allegro are the NTSC format, which is the standard VHS format for North America.
Returns
Allegro offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked returns policy. If, for any reason, you want to return something to us, simply repackage the CD(s), including the invoice, and mail it to: Allegro Corporation, Attn: Consumer Returns, 20048 NE San Rafael, Portland, OR 97230. Upon receipt of your package, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your credit card. This credit does not include shipping and handling.
